A substantial brand narrative engagement is shaped by what the name carries and what needs to be done around it. The relevant investment depends on the complexity of the public picture, the content and authority that need developing, and the degree of ongoing attention required.
HELM is designed for founders, executives, public figures, and established brands seeking a private, sustained relationship. We do not publish a standard package price because the work is developed around the brand.
Understand the responsibilities being commissioned
A meaningful comparison starts with the work itself. Does the engagement address an immediate issue only, or also develop positioning, content, authority, monitoring, engagement, and discoverability? Who makes decisions, creates the material, and remains responsible as priorities change?
A proposal should make those responsibilities understandable. A long list of activities is not enough if the client still has to connect several disconnected suppliers or decide what each finding means.
Complexity matters more than a count of links
A public narrative can involve several identities, businesses, languages, audiences, or sensitive issues. A founder’s profile and a company’s reputation may overlap without being interchangeable. An active incident can also require a different approval process from a planned content programme.
The starting material matters too. A strong body of evidence that needs organising is a different assignment from a brand whose expertise has barely been documented. The initial Reputation Report helps distinguish a content or credibility gap from a website or access problem, so the scope follows the findings.
Ongoing care has its own value
The public picture does not stop changing when a new page is published. Monitoring and engagement help identify questions, risks, and opportunities that should inform the next work. The channels, cadence, responsibilities, and response arrangements need to fit the engagement.
This is why HELM connects DEFEND, BUILD, and GET FOUND in one relationship. That relationship may focus on one pillar or draw on several. Each workstream is agreed explicitly: a review program does not automatically include AI work, and a discoverability engagement does not automatically require PR.
Removal work is assessed separately
Qualifying removals are separately assessed and priced. A broader engagement does not imply unlimited removal requests, every platform, or future work on every copy that may appear. Any relevant success conditions and payment terms belong in the private agreement.
What should be clear before work begins?
The proposal should explain the priorities, included work, responsibilities, approval process, fees, and limits. It should also distinguish controllable deliverables from decisions that belong to platforms, publishers, search engines, or audiences.
A substantial investment deserves that clarity. It does not turn an uncertain external outcome into a guarantee. Start with a private conversation about the brand and the level of care it requires.
